It's also where the valley's HOA reality bites: nearly every master-planned community — Summerlin, Enterprise, Green Valley, Aliante, Skye Canyon — restricts how long anything can sit at the curb, and some ban visible curb piles outright. So we do the obvious thing: we load straight from your garage or side yard on a scheduled flat-price pickup, and nothing is ever left out for the HOA to flag.
Across the rest of the valley the work changes by the mile. The Strip and off-Strip high-rise condos — Turnberry Place, Panorama Towers, Veer at CityCenter, The Martin, MGM Signature — require a Certificate of Insurance naming building management before a crew can touch the freight elevator or loading dock, and there is no curb: everything exits through the dock on a reserved valet window. The two Del Webb communities, Sun City Summerlin and Sun City Anthem, run on a gentler rhythm — 55+ downsizing, whole-home estate clears, and snowbird open-up / close-up — with donation receipts for what's still good. And in Sunrise Manor, East Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas the job is value-priced, Spanish-first garage, yard, and apartment cleanouts.
We price all of it the same way: send a photo, get one flat number that already covers the labor, the truck, the disposal, and the drive across a sprawling valley. No "call for a quote," no hourly meter, no day-of upcharge — and because Nevada doesn't tax the service, no tax line either. Same-day pickup is usually open.

Sort of — but the free program is narrow. Republic Services runs valley collection and includes a curbside bulk pickup with residential trash service (call 702-735-5151). For single-family homes in the City of Las Vegas that's every other week, with a 6-foot item limit, one major appliance per bulk day, loose trash contained, soiled mattresses wrapped in plastic, and items at the curb by 5:00 a.m. The catch that matters: crews will not enter private property — if you can't drag it to the curb yourself, it doesn't get taken — and freon appliances (fridges, freezers, AC) require a separate scheduled appointment. Henderson and North Las Vegas run their own Republic-contract schedules.
That's exactly the gap we fill. A hot tub, a full garage, a sectional you can't carry out alone, a fridge on the same visit as everything else, a whole-home estate clear, a same-day turnover — none of that fits the bulk program. We come to the garage, carry it all out, and haul it in one flat-priced trip. Whatever's still usable goes to Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Deseret Industries, or a Habitat ReStore before anything heads to Republic's Apex Regional Landfill.

The valley is four jurisdictions, and we're licensed and working in all of them. Henderson and North Las Vegas are separate incorporated cities with their own business licenses — plenty of haulers quietly skip them, and we don't.
