That newness is the whole story. When a home is a fresh build, the first weeks after the keys turn over are a flood of cardboard, foam, and plastic: flattened moving boxes stacked to the ceiling, the crate the refrigerator shipped in, bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and the old couch or mattress that made the trip but didn't earn a spot in the new place. Add the leftover tile, boxed flooring, and builder-grade fixtures that come off during the first round of upgrades, and a two-car garage disappears fast.
None of that belongs at the Cadence curb. Like every master plan out here, Cadence has community standards that limit curbside piles, and there are no basements in the desert to hide the overflow — it all lands in the garage. So we come to the garage. Our crew carries the whole mess out, loads the truck, and hauls it in one trip, at a flat price you get from a single photo. You never break down another box or drag anything to the curb, and because Nevada doesn't tax the service, the number you're quoted is all-in.

Not the way you'd hope. Republic Services runs a curbside bulk pickup with your Henderson trash service, but it's built for the occasional bulky item, not a garage full of moving mess. It runs on a set schedule, caps you at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, requires everything at the curb by 5:00 a.m., and crews won't come onto your property to get any of it. Loose cardboard and packing have to be bagged and contained, a mattress has to be wrapped, and a fridge needs a separate freon appointment (Republic, 702-735-5151). Try to move a house's worth of debris that way and you're staging piles at the curb for weeks — exactly what a Cadence HOA doesn't want to see. We do it in one visit instead: come to the garage, carry it all out, and haul it at one flat price, with nothing left at the curb.
