Junk Removal in
Green Valley

Henderson's original master plan — the neighborhoods off Green Valley Parkway and Sunset that filled in through the late '70s, '80s, and '90s, and grew into the city's mature core. These are established homes now, and a whole generation of them is turning over: garages packed after twenty years, parents downsizing, and estates settling. We clear all of it and carry it straight from the home, never the curb. Send a photo, get one flat price, and there's no Nevada sales tax on the service.

Henderson's established core, a generation of homes later

Green Valley spans ZIPs 89014, 89074, and 89012 — the American Nevada Corporation master plan that turned the desert south of the 215 into Henderson's first real suburb starting in the late 1970s. Four decades on, it's the city's settled, tree-lined middle: single-family homes and condos with mature landscaping, well-run homeowners' associations, and original owners who have either filled every corner or are ready to hand the house on. That maturity shapes the work. Where the new-build communities out west generate move-in debris, Green Valley generates the twenty-year garage cleanout, the downsizing, and the estate clear-out.

The homes here are built on slab like everywhere in the valley — no basements — so a lifetime of belongings collects in the garage, the closets, the backyard, and the shed. Clearing any of it runs into two constants: the pieces are often big and heavy after years in place, and the HOA won't tolerate a junk pile at the curb. So we do the carrying. We come to the garage or the room, take everything out by hand, and load the truck, with nothing ever staged on the street. The flat, photo-quoted price already covers the labor, the disposal, and the drive across Henderson, and because Nevada doesn't tax the service, there's no tax line on top.

From a single garage to a whole estate

The thing that sets Green Valley apart from the new subdivisions is the range of the work. On one end is the ordinary garage cleanout — two decades of paint cans, camping gear, holiday bins, and a workbench nobody's touched in years, all pulled straight from the garage and priced as a truck-fill. On the other is the full estate clear-out, when a longtime Green Valley home changes hands and the family needs it emptied and broom-clean before a sale or a handoff. We handle those the same careful way: room by room, we sort what's donatable from what's trash, carry it all out, and leave the house ready to list.

For downsizing and estate jobs especially, the donation routing matters. Furniture, housewares, and goods with life left in them go to Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Deseret Industries, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, or the Salvation Army before anything heads to the landfill, and we can leave a donation receipt for the estate's records. It's a gentler, more useful clear-out than a dumpster in the driveway — and one flat price covers the whole thing.

HOA-clean, and no waiting on bulk day

Green Valley's homes are on Republic Services collection, which includes a curbside bulk pickup with your Henderson trash service — but it's a poor fit for a real cleanout. It runs on a set schedule (⚠ Henderson's cadence differs from the City of Las Vegas), caps out at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, requires items at the curb by early morning, and the crews won't enter your property to get anything. A hot tub, a garage full of accumulation, or a fridge on the same trip as everything else just doesn't qualify — and freon appliances need a separate appointment.

Layer the HOA's own curb-staging rules on top and the free option stops being free of hassle. So we load from the home instead: we schedule around you, come to the garage or the room, carry it all out, and haul it in one flat-priced trip with nothing left at the curb. It's the whole point of how we work here.

What Green Valley customers say

★★★★★

"After twenty-two years in the same house the garage was unbelievable — tools, bins, a workbench, an old fridge. They carried every bit out from the garage, so nothing sat at the curb for the HOA. Flat price from a photo, done in one trip."

— Robert & Sandra P., Green Valley (89074)
★★★★★

"We were settling my father's estate and needed the whole house cleared before we listed it. They went room by room, donated what they could and left us a receipt, and had it broom-clean by evening. Kind, patient, one honest number."

— Michelle A., Green Valley (89014)
★★★★★

"Old hot tub the previous owners left, cracked and dead. They drained it, cut it down, and hauled it out in an afternoon — no crane, no damage to the yard. The pad looked like it was never there."

— Greg H., Green Valley (89012)

Green Valley junk removal FAQ

Can you do a whole-home or estate cleanout?

Yes — it's one of our steadiest Green Valley jobs. We clear room by room, sort donatable from trash, leave the house broom-clean, and route usable pieces to donation with a receipt. It prices as truck-fill.

Will you keep it off the curb for my HOA?

Always. We load straight from the garage, side yard, or backyard on a scheduled pickup, so there's never a pile at the curb for the association to write up.

How much is a garage cleanout?

It prices as truck-fill: a quarter load is $325, a half $580, three-quarters $790, and a full truck $985. The minimum job is $75, disposal is included, and there's no Nevada sales tax on the service.

Can you remove an old hot tub?

Yes. We drain, disconnect, cut the shell down, and haul it — no crane needed. A standard backyard spa is a flat $434.

Is same-day available?

Usually. Green Valley is on our Henderson corridor near the 215, so send a photo and we'll tell you the soonest open window.
