Green Valley — the city's first master plan, built from the late 1970s through the '90s — is now its mature, established core, and those homes are turning over: garages packed after decades, parents downsizing, whole houses to clear. Just south, Green Valley Ranch and The District bring upscale HOA turnover and condo move-outs. Newer plans on the edges — Inspirada, Cadence, Lake Las Vegas — send us move-in debris and first-cleanout garage jobs. And because these are HOA communities with curb-staging rules, we do it the Henderson way: load straight from the garage or side yard, never a curb pile.
Then there's the 55+ half of Henderson. Sun City Anthem is a Del Webb active-adult community of roughly 7,100 single-story homes built between 1998 and 2008, anchored by the 95,000-square-foot Anthem Center — a generation that's now downsizing, settling estates, and running the snowbird open-up / close-up cycle. Uphill sits the guard-gated Anthem Country Club, and to the west the gated estates of Seven Hills with their city-view lots. For all of those, we coordinate the gate list ahead of time, keep crews discreet, and hand over donation tax receipts for the furniture that's still good.

Henderson contracts curbside collection through Republic Services, which includes a periodic bulk pickup with residential trash service — but it runs on the same rules as the rest of the valley: curbside only, size and quantity limits, one major appliance per bulk day, and crews will not enter private property. Freon appliances like fridges and AC units need a separate scheduled appointment. (Confirm your street's cadence and limits with Republic before you set anything out.)
So a hot tub in the backyard, a garage full of decades of furniture, a whole Sun City Anthem estate, or a fridge you want gone the same day as everything else simply doesn't fit the program. That's our lane.
