Not in any practical way. Republic Services' curbside bulk pickup comes with your trash service, but it's built for a stray item, not an estate: it's every other week, capped at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, everything has to be out by 5:00 a.m., and crews will not step onto private property to remove anything. A settled estate or a foreclosure trash-out is dozens of pieces plus a garage and a yard — it would take months of bulk days you can't wait for, and the old refrigerator needs a separate freon appointment on top of that.
