Aging Master Plans

Green Valley started in 1971, and many of its 1980s and ’90s homes are on their first full kitchen and bath remodels.

New-Build Move-Ins

Skye Canyon, Inspirada and Cadence: boxes, packing foam and the builder’s leftover scraps.

Backyard Projects

Old pavers, broken block from a wall repair, and dismantled patio shade structures after a backyard redo.

Construction Debris FAQs

Do you take remodel debris from homeowners?

Yes. Cabinets, counters, fixtures, drywall, flooring and packaging from residential projects are regular pickups.

How is construction debris priced?

By the item — a full cabinet set is $293 — or by truck-fill from $241. The quote uses whichever is lower.

Can you take concrete or broken block?

Yes, priced per quarter truck at $219 because of how heavy masonry is.

Will you haul away new-construction packaging?

Yes. Appliance boxes, foam and crating from a move-in are a common garage clear-out.

Do you do commercial or contractor jobs?

Our pages focus on residential work. For commercial or large contractor debris, text us first so we can confirm what applies.

Do you take paint?

Yes, with its own price: $30 per gallon can and $52 per five-gallon bucket.

Can the debris go straight from the garage to the truck?

Yes. Nothing needs to be set out on the curb first.
