Las Vegas Pricing
How much does junk removal cost in Las Vegas?
One sofa is $126. A queen mattress is $103. A garage that’s quietly filled up for years is usually a half truck, $431. Every number below is what you actually pay in the Las Vegas valley — flat, quoted from a photo before anyone drives out, with carry-out, loading and disposal already inside it.
The minimum order is $75, and the quote you get already includes everything — labor, loading, disposal and tax.
The two ways a job gets priced
Name the things and you get item pricing — a fixed price per piece. If you can’t, you get truck-load pricing: you’re paying for the space it takes up.
| How full | Price | Roughly |
|---|---|---|
| 1/4 truck | $241 | a small bedroom — bed, dresser, a few boxes |
| 3/8 truck | $338 | a single-car garage’s back wall |
| 1/2 truck | $431 | the most common cleanout size we run |
| 5/8 truck | $513 | a two-car garage, or a small apartment |
| 3/4 truck | $587 | a garage plus a patio |
| 7/8 truck | $661 | a full two-bedroom clear-out |
| Full truck | $732 | a whole-house load |
What actually moves the number here
Less than people expect. Stairs don’t change your price, and neither does same-day. What moves it is weight, volume, and where the load has to go.
“Bulk day” is tied to your trash service
Bulk pickup here runs through Republic Services as part of residential collection, on a set schedule — not as an on-demand city service you can call for.
Short hauls across the valley
Disposal sits close to the population, so drive time is low across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and Summerlin — which keeps volume jobs priced sensibly.
Dense material
Concrete, tile and roofing price by weight rather than the room they take up, so a small masonry pile can outweigh a sofa set.
Bulk day versus a date you choose
If your scheduled bulk day is near and the item can sit outside until then, use it — it’s included in what you already pay for trash service.
It doesn’t come inside, it doesn’t take everything, and it happens when it happens. Rental turnovers, estate clear-outs and closings run on a different clock, and that’s where a fixed appointment earns its money.

Las Vegas pricing FAQs
Does the price change across the valley?
No. Downtown, the Arts District, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas all use the same flat list.
Isn’t bulk pickup free with my trash service?
On your scheduled bulk day, yes — and if that works, take it. We’re for the other weeks, and for anything still inside.
Do stairs or a high-rise cost extra?
No. Carry-out is included, and we supply the certificate of insurance buildings ask for.
What won’t you take?
Paint, chemicals, pressurized propane, asbestos and medical waste go through separate routes.
Is there tax on the service?
No. A Nevada junk removal bill from us has no tax line; the photo quote is the whole number, and the $75 minimum applies to the smallest jobs.
Can you do it while I’m out?
Yes. Most Summerlin and Henderson pickups happen with nobody home — a gate code, a garage, a marked pile beside the driveway. Photos come through afterwards.
How is my Las Vegas price set?
From your photo. Each item is matched to the published Las Vegas catalog, and you see the full total before booking anything.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, $75. A single couch ($126) or a twin mattress ($82) is enough on its own.
Will a second-story bedroom or a long walk from the casita cost more?
No. Where the item sits in the house or on the lot doesn’t change the price.
Is same-day pickup priced higher?
No. Today and next Thursday cost exactly the same.
When does truck-fill pricing make sense?
For garages, casitas, whole apartments and estates. It runs from $241 for a quarter truck to $732 for the full sixteen cubic yards, and the quote bills whichever method is lower.
How quickly can a crew get to me?
Frequently within a day, sometimes the same day, depending on your part of the Valley and the size of the job.
Do you offer early-morning pickups in summer?
When crews have early windows, yes — and between June and September those are the first to go.
How do you handle guard-gated communities?
Add the crew as expected vendors, or share your gate’s procedure when you book, and they’re cleared before arriving.
My condo tower requires a certificate of insurance. Is that possible?
Yes. Send the building’s COI requirements and any freight-elevator rules with your booking.
Who are the haulers?
Vetted, insured local crews working through JunkRabbit. You book and communicate with us; they bring the truck and do the lifting.
Can you remove a hot tub or pool table from the backyard?
Yes. A hot tub is $322 and a pool table $603, each with the crew size it needs. Drain and disconnect the spa first.
What about patio shade structures and playsets?
Yes — a swing set is $143, and dismantled shade structures and pergolas are priced from photos.
Will you take leftover paint?
Yes, priced separately because of handling: $30 a gallon can, $52 a five-gallon bucket.
Where does everything go?
Usable furniture goes to donation first, refrigerant appliances to certified recovery and metal recycling, electronics to recyclers, and the rest to licensed disposal.
Why does my address say Las Vegas if I live in Enterprise?
Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise, Sunrise Manor, Whitney and Winchester are unincorporated towns of Clark County that use Las Vegas mailing addresses. We serve all of them.
How does curbside bulk pickup work here?
Republic Services runs residential trash collection across the Valley, including a curbside bulk program. Rules and schedules differ by city and address, so check yours with Republic. It covers what you can get to the curb yourself.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Las Vegas Valley — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and the unincorporated towns — plus longer-distance Clark County towns on request. See the area list.
