That makes the standard "drag it to the curb" junk-hauler a bad fit here, because a couch or a stack of boxes left on a Summerlin street is exactly what earns a violation letter. Not for long, and often not at all. Summerlin's master association and its village sub-associations set the community standards, and most of them prohibit visible junk or bulk piles at the curb outside a narrow collection window. Republic Services does run a curbside bulk pickup with your trash service — but it's every other week, capped at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, items have to be out by 5:00 a.m., and crews will not step onto private property to get anything. A hot tub, a packed garage, or a sectional you can't carry out alone simply doesn't qualify — and freon appliances need a separate appointment on top of that. That's the gap we fill: we schedule the pickup, come to the garage, carry it all out, and haul it in one flat-priced trip, with nothing left at the curb between now and Republic's next bulk day.
