Not from a Winchester apartment, really. Republic Services runs a curbside bulk pickup that comes with residential trash service, but it's built for single-family homes: it's every other week, capped at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, items have to be set out by 5:00 a.m., and crews will not enter private property to grab anything. Most Winchester apartment and condo complexes are on shared dumpster service with no curbside bulk day at all — and even where there is one, a mattress and a sofa carried down from a third-floor walk-up aren't going to sit at a public curb for two weeks waiting on it. Freon appliances like a mini-fridge need a separate scheduled appointment on top of that.
