It's a first-home and growing-family neighborhood, which means two things for us. First, the accumulation is fast: a crib becomes a toddler bed becomes a bunk bed, the strollers stack up, the moving boxes never quite make it out of the garage, and the two-car garage that's baked at 130° all summer becomes the household junk drawer. Second, Inspirada is governed by a master association and village sub-associations that set community standards — and those standards don't include an old sectional or a mound of boxes sitting at the curb for days.
That's why our whole model runs the other way from a drag-it-to-the-curb hauler. There are no basements out here in the desert, so the clutter lives in the garage, the backyard shed, the casita, and the side yard — and that's where we come. Not really — and that's exactly the problem we solve. Inspirada's community standards discourage visible junk or bulk piles at the curb outside a narrow collection window. Republic Services does run a curbside bulk pickup with your Henderson trash service, but it's on a set schedule, capped at a 6-foot item limit and one major appliance per bulk day, everything has to be out at the curb by 5:00 a.m., and crews will not step onto private property to get it. A packed garage, a backyard shed, a hot tub, or a sectional you can't carry out alone simply doesn't qualify — and a refrigerator or other freon appliance needs a separate scheduled appointment on top of that (Republic, 702-735-5151). That's the gap we fill: we schedule the pickup, come to the garage, carry everything out, and haul it in one flat-priced trip, with nothing left at the curb in between.
