The free Republic curbside bulk pickup was never designed for a fast unit turnover. It runs on a fixed schedule, not on your deadline; it has a 6-foot item limit and takes one major appliance per bulk day; everything has to be at the curb by 5:00 a.m.; and crews will not enter private property — so a second-floor apartment or a motel room full of a tenant's leftovers is out of scope entirely. Freon appliances need a separate appointment on top of that.
A vacant unit that has to be re-rented can't wait for the next bulk week. We come to the unit, carry everything out — upstairs, tight parking, motel rooms and all — and haul it same-day for one flat price. Anything still usable goes to Goodwill of Southern Nevada, the Salvation Army, or a Habitat ReStore before the rest heads to the landfill.
