When a lease is up and the space has to hand back empty, we haul the whole kitchen — walk-in coolers, exhaust hoods, prep lines, fryers, reach-ins, and the dining room's tables and chairs. A full FF&E clear-out is priced as flat truck-fill from $325, quoted from your photos before the crew arrives. Multilingual crews, after-hours windows, tight plaza and dock access handled, and no Nevada sales tax on the service.
Send a few photos of the kitchen and dining room — flat price back fast
Upload Photos & Get Quote →A few pictures of the line, the walk-in, the hood, and the dining room. We quote the whole teardown as one flat number — no walkthrough needed to get started.
Pick a time that fits the landlord's deadline — after-hours and overnight are routine. We coordinate the plaza loading zone, shared dock, or Strip freight elevator.
An insured crew breaks down the walk-in, drops the hood, pulls the line, clears the dining room, recovers the refrigerant, and leaves the space swept.
A restaurant tear-out is a volume job, so a full FF&E clear-out prices as flat truck-fill, quoted from your photos. Individual pieces carry their own flat price, and the big specialty items — a walk-in, a commercial hood, a fryer battery — are quoted from a photo because no two are the same size. Everything below is all-in on the labor, the dismantling, the refrigerant recovery, and the disposal, with no Nevada sales tax on the service.

| Option | Cost | Speed | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your commercial dumpster / Republic bulk | Included / limited | N/A | Won't dismantle a walk-in or hood, no labor, and residential bulk limits don't apply to a commercial kitchen anyway |
| Used-equipment dealer / auction | You may recoup some | 1–3 weeks | They cherry-pick the resellable stainless and leave the hood, the walk-in panels, and the rest for you to clear |
| Self-haul to Apex / transfer station | ~$37.54/ton + your labor | Days | You supply the truck and the crew, disconnect the gas and power, and still have to break the walk-in down yourself |
| General-contractor demo | Bid + hourly | Scheduled out | Priced after a walkthrough, billed by the hour, overkill for a straight equipment pull |
| JunkRabbit | Flat, from $325 | After-hours, on your deadline | None — we dismantle and haul it all, one flat photo price |
Republic Services runs the valley's residential curbside bulk pickup, but that program was never built for a commercial kitchen. It's every-other-week, curbside only, capped at a 6-foot item and one major appliance per bulk day, and crews won't enter a property — none of which touches a closed restaurant with a bolted-down line, a paneled walk-in, and a ducted exhaust hood. Commercial spaces run on their own dumpster or hauler contract, and a full FF&E teardown is simply a different job: it needs a crew that will disconnect, dismantle, and carry heavy stainless out, on a schedule that hits the landlord's hand-back date. Self-hauling it to Apex is legal and the tipping fee is cheap, but you're supplying the truck, the labor, and the disassembly — and most operators clearing a space are already onto the next lease, not spending a weekend prying walk-in panels apart in the heat.
That's the gap we fill across the corridors where F&B turns over fastest — the Spring Mountain / Chinatown plazas, the Strip and Paradise resort corridor, and Downtown and the Arts District. We show up after-hours, break the kitchen down, recover the refrigerant, route the stainless to reuse or scrap, and leave the unit swept for the walkthrough — one flat price, agreed before we start.
Commercial kitchens are built out of stainless steel, which is exactly what the recycling stream wants. Resellable, working pieces get steered toward used-restaurant-equipment reuse where there's a buyer, so a good reach-in or range earns a second life instead of a landfill trip. Refrigeration has its freon recovered under EPA rules first, then the steel — reach-ins, walk-in panels, hoods, shelving, tables — is routed to metal recycling. Only the genuinely non-recyclable remainder goes to Republic's Apex Regional Landfill. The recovery, the recycling, and the disposal are all inside the flat price, with no separate fees and no Nevada sales tax.
Getting the equipment out is half the job in Las Vegas. A Spring Mountain plaza has a shared loading zone and a tight rear alley that can't be blocked during neighboring tenants' hours; a Strip or CityCenter venue routes everything through a freight elevator and dock with a booked window and a Certificate of Insurance on file; a Downtown or Arts District kitchen sits in an older building with a narrow back door and street parking. We plan the exit before we arrive — coordinate the dock or freight elevator, file the COI, work the after-hours or overnight window so the dining room isn't torn apart during service, and keep the common areas clean for the landlord's walkthrough. From Henderson's Green Valley Ranch and District venues to the Chinatown corridor and the Strip, the access is handled and the price stays flat — no rush surcharge for the overnight, no heat surcharge for the summer.
"Closed our restaurant in a Spring Mountain plaza and had four days to hand the space back. They came overnight, broke down the walk-in, dropped the hood, and cleared the whole dining room. 中文 the whole way. One flat price, deadline met."
"Concept change at our Arts District spot. Old line, reach-ins, and booths all had to go before the build-out. Quoted from photos, worked after close, swept it clean. No surprises on the invoice."
"Turnover on a bar space at a Strip-adjacent property — freight elevator, COI, the works. They handled all of it and coordinated the dock window. Flat price, professional crew."
How much does restaurant equipment removal cost in Las Vegas?
A full FF&E clear-out prices as truck-fill: ¼ $325, ½ $580, ¾ $790, full $985. Per-item flat prices apply too — commercial fridge $221, gas range $176, dining chairs $60, metal shelving $95, conference table $350 — and specialty pieces (walk-in, hood, fryer line) are photo-quoted. $75 minimum, disposal and recycling included, no Nevada sales tax.
Can you dismantle a walk-in cooler or exhaust hood?
Yes — walk-ins come apart panel by panel, hoods are dropped and hauled, and the whole line is pulled. Refrigeration gets its freon recovered first. Send photos and we quote the teardown flat.
Do you work after-hours on Spring Mountain?
Constantly. We schedule overnight and after-hours around a landlord deadline, work tight plaza loading zones and shared docks, and leave the space swept.
Do your crews speak Chinese or Spanish?
Yes — 中文 and Español on request. The Spring Mountain corridor is the Asian-business heart of Nevada, and a multilingual clear-out crew is a service no franchise offers here.
What happens to the equipment?
Resellable stainless is steered to reuse; refrigeration has its freon recovered and steel recycled; only the remainder heads to Apex. Recycling and disposal are in the flat price.
Why a flat price instead of a traditional hauler?
Traditional commercial haulers bill by the hour or the load after a walkthrough, which runs up fast on a stainless kitchen. We quote flat from photos, so you meet the deadline at a price agreed up front — no Nevada sales tax on the service.
