Customers pick items or upload a photo and see an itemized total before booking, with no call needed. 2. What JunkRabbit is built for in Las Vegas
HOA communities
Most Valley neighborhoods are master-planned with association rules that are usually stricter than the city's set-out window, and compliance notices come fast. A pickup from inside means nothing waits at the curb. See HOA-friendly junk removal.
Sun, heat and wind
Valley sun bleaches fabric and breaks down foam within days, and wind scatters what's left. Heat-damaged patio furniture is a common pickup; see patio furniture removal.
A city that works late
Hospitality and casino shifts don't fit 9-to-5 scheduling. Crews work 7 days a week until midnight. See evening junk pickup.
Condos and pools
Strip-area towers usually want a certificate of insurance, which JunkRabbit emails within 1 hour of booking. Backyard items like above-ground pools and pool tables are priced jobs too.

6. How a pickup works
- See the price. Pick items or upload a photo at lasvegas.getjunkrabbit.com. The total appears on screen, with no call and no phone number needed to see it.
- Book. Choose an arrival window, any day 8am to midnight, and add a card. Same-day is available if booked by 4 PM.
- (If needed) COI. Add the managing agent at checkout; the certificate goes out within 1 hour.
- Pickup. A vetted, insured local hauler comes inside, takes items from any floor, disassembles if needed and carries everything out. You get text updates on the day.
- Price check. If there are extra items that weren't in the booking, the crew shows the updated price and waits for your approval before loading them.
- Disposal. We try to donate usable items when local charities accept them and recycle whatever we can; refrigerants are recovered from fridges and AC units.
7. vs Las Vegas Valley bulk pickup
Bulk pickup in the Valley depends on your jurisdiction (Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas or unincorporated Clark County), each with its own scheduled set-out window and per-collection item cap, and HOAs usually allow less time than the city. Electronics, refrigerant appliances, construction debris and household hazardous waste are consistently excluded, and refused items stay on your curb until the next cycle. Check your address on your city's or the county's bulk-pickup page and your association's rules.
If your items are accepted and your HOA allows a set-out on collection morning, use the scheduled pickup. JunkRabbit is for everything else: HOA communities with strict rules, excluded items, loads over the cap, apartments and condos, and anything that has to go today. See Las Vegas bulk trash vs paid junk removal.
8. vs national operators
National franchises such as 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Junk King typically quote by truck volume and confirm the final price once the crew sees the job. JunkRabbit publishes a flat price for each item online, so the total is known before booking, and the job is done by a vetted, insured local hauler. There is no stairs fee and no same-day surcharge. See JunkRabbit vs 1-800-GOT-JUNK in Las Vegas for a side-by-side.
