The short answer
Two pricing paths and you see both before you book.
Per item. Every item has a published flat rate. A sofa is $126, a queen mattress is $103, a refrigerator is $164. Add them up and that is the job.
By truck fraction. For volume, where itemizing is absurd.
| Minimum visit | $75 |
| 1/4 truck | $241 |
| 3/8 truck | $338 |
| 1/2 truck | $431 |
| 5/8 truck | $513 |
| 3/4 truck | $587 |
| 7/8 truck | $661 |
| Full truck | $732 |
Disposal is inside every one of those numbers. So is the carry-out.
Where the crossover actually sits
This is the part people want and rarely get told. Roughly eight to ten average items is where the volume ladder starts beating the per-item total.
Work it through. Say a Green Valley bedroom going out: a queen mattress and box spring set, a bed frame, a dresser and a nightstand.
$143 + $68 + $126 + $57 = $394. That is four items and it sits between a 3/8 truck at $338 and a half at $431, so per-item is a fair read and you have the certainty of an exact list.
Now a garage: a treadmill, a weight bench, a mini fridge, a bookshelf, a storage cabinet, a lawn mower and four boxes of books.
$115 + $69 + $115 + $72 + $74 + $65 + $45 + $45 + $45 + $45 = $690. Ten items, and by volume that same pile is about three quarters of a truck at $587. The ladder wins.
Rule of thumb: if you can list it on your fingers, price it per item. If listing it is a chore, price it by volume.
What drives cost, and what does not
What does: how much space it takes in the truck, and what the item is. A dining chair at $45 and a pool table at $603 are not the same object.
What does not:
- Stairs. No stair charge. A sofa from an upstairs bedroom in a two-story Cadence house is the same $126 as one in the driveway.
- Distance carried. No long-carry charge. The far bay of a three-car garage, a detached casita, a walled back yard, the far side of a breezeway in a garden-style complex off Flamingo. Same price.
- Same-day. No surcharge.
- Gated communities. No premium for the guard-gated villages in Summerlin, Anthem or Lake Las Vegas.
- Which valley city you are in. Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and unincorporated Clark County price identically.

The $75 minimum, explained
A truck and a crew coming to your address has a floor, and ours is $75. That is not a fee added to your total. It is the smallest a visit can be.
So a single countertop microwave at $30 or one patio chair at $30 is a $75 visit. A single bicycle at $37 is a $75 visit. Anything at $75 or above prices as listed: an armchair at $77, a patio table at $89, a bathroom vanity at $69 brought up to the minimum.
Practical advice for this valley: if you are calling about one small thing, walk the garage first. In a market where the garage is the only storage a house has, there is almost always a second item out there worth adding.
What a typical Las Vegas job costs
Single item. $75 to $185. A couch, a mattress, a washer, a dead garage fridge.
One room or one garage bay. $241 to $431.
A packed two-car garage or a small apartment. $431 to $587.
A full three-car garage, which is the standard valley build. $587 to $732.
A whole house or an estate property. $732 a load, usually two to four loads across several visits.
What is not included
Household hazardous waste needs its own route: paint, solvents, pesticides, motor oil, car batteries, propane cylinders and pool or spa chemistry. That last category comes up constantly here because of how many valley yards have or had a spa or an above-ground pool. Also excluded: medical sharps, ammunition and biohazardous material.
Everything else, we load, and the disposal is already in the price. There is no gate fee billed afterwards and no fuel surcharge.
Getting your exact number
List your large items, estimate the loose stuff as a pile size, and the total comes back fixed before anyone is dispatched. If you are near the crossover, compare the itemized sum against the nearest truck fraction and pick the one that reads better for your load. That is the entire pricing system.
Frequently asked questions
How much does junk removal cost in Las Vegas?
The minimum visit is $75. From there it is per item, like $126 for a sofa or $164 for a refrigerator, or by truck fraction: $241 for a quarter, $431 for a half, $587 for three quarters and $732 for a full load. Disposal is included.
When does truck-fill pricing beat paying per item?
Around eight to ten average items. Four bedroom pieces at $143 + $68 + $126 + $57 = $394 is best read per item. A ten-item garage at $690 itemized is about three quarters of a truck at $587, so the ladder wins.
Is there a charge for stairs or carrying a long way?
No to both. An upstairs bedroom in a two-story tract home and the far bay of a three-car garage cost exactly the same as an item sitting in the driveway.
Do prices differ between Henderson, North Las Vegas and Las Vegas?
No. Pricing is identical across the valley, including unincorporated Clark County, and there is no premium for guard-gated communities.
What if my item costs less than $75?
The visit still comes to the $75 minimum, so a $30 microwave or a $37 bicycle on its own is a $75 job. Worth checking the garage for a second item before you book.
Are there extra fees at the end?
No. Disposal is inside the quoted number, there is no fuel surcharge and there is no same-day surcharge. The price you approve is the price you pay.
