The short answer

Tell us your window when you book and we will work to it. There is no surcharge for an evening slot, an early morning one, or a weekday that happens to be your weekend. A sofa is $126 at 8am and $126 at 6pm. The minimum visit is $75.

Most pickups are fifteen to forty minutes on site, so the appointment is not the thing eating your day. The scheduling is.

Why this market needs it more than most

Las Vegas runs around the clock, and a very large share of the valley's workforce runs with it. Dealers, cocktail servers, cooks, housekeeping, security, valet, front desk, stagehands, warehouse staff supplying the properties on the Strip and out on Paradise Road. Swing shift, graveyard, split days off, rotating schedules that change with the seniority board.

For those households, a standard 8am-to-5pm service window is not a mild inconvenience. It is the middle of the night. Somebody coming off graveyard at 6am is asleep by nine and being woken by a doorbell at eleven costs them their entire rest period before the next shift.

That is a scheduling problem, not a pricing problem, and it should be solved by scheduling.

What works well around a shift

  • Early morning, before a swing shift. Between June and September this is the best slot of the day anyway, because garage and yard work is miserable after mid-morning. A 7am pickup and you are still clear for a 3pm clock-in.
  • Early evening, after a day shift. Good for anything inside the house. Check your community's work-hour rules first if the job involves noise, like breaking down a spa.
  • Your weekday weekend. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the quietest days in this business, which means the widest choice of slots. If your days off are midweek, you are scheduling against almost no competition.

What does not work well: the last three days of any month, at any hour. Leases across this valley end on the same date and that window is the tightest it gets.

You do not have to be there

Often the cleanest answer for a shift worker is not being home at all. That works if the items are accessible without entering the house:

  • Garage. Leave the items in the bay and give us the garage code. Common in valley homes and by far the easiest option.
  • Side yard or back yard. Fine if the gate is unlocked or you can give us a code, and if the side gate is wide enough for what is going out. Measure it if you are unsure.
  • Apartment patio or storage closet. Works for the garden-style complexes off Tropicana, Flamingo and Eastern, with a gate code for the complex entrance.

Confirm the list and the price before the day, leave the items where you said, and we will send confirmation when the load is gone. You wake up and it is done.

Access details to hand over at booking

This valley is gated to an unusual degree, so send these with the booking rather than answering the phone mid-sleep:

  • Community or complex gate code, or your name on the visitor list at a guard-gated entrance.
  • Garage code if the items are in the garage.
  • Building requirements for Strip-adjacent high-rises: reserved loading dock window, freight elevator hours, certificate of insurance on file.
  • A note if you are asleep and should not be called on arrival. We will text instead.

Worked example: a Chinatown one-bedroom

A line cook working nights near Spring Mountain Road is replacing the furniture the last tenant left. Out goes a futon, a queen mattress, a particleboard bookcase and a 50-inch TV.

$111 + $103 + $100 + $68 = $382.

Booked for 7:30am on a Tuesday before an afternoon start, or left on the patio with a gate code for a midday pickup while he sleeps. Same $382 either way.

Turnover makes this routine

Hospitality employment in this valley moves constantly. People take a job, sign a twelve-month lease near the property they work at, then move closer, move for a better shift, or move on entirely. Short tenancies mean furniture changes hands often and rarely travels far.

Which means the common job here is not a house clearance. It is one or two pieces out of a one-bedroom, on a specific day, around a shift. A sofa at $126, a mattress and box spring set at $143, a dresser at $126. Small, fast, and the whole value is in it happening when you can actually accommodate it.

Build the list, see the fixed total, then give us the window that fits your rotation and the access details so nobody has to wake you. Midweek and mid-month is the sweet spot for availability. Prices do not move for the time of day, the day of the week, or a same-day slot.
